I have no idea what these are called but they were dotted all about Wisley and from a distance, looked like little glowing bonfires.

The UK is on a 'Severe Weather' alert for tomorrow. We are to expect rain (quelle surprise) and fast winds of up to 80 mph. I can't help but think that the Met Men are overcompensating for their lack of foresight when the 'Great Storm' struck in 1987. However, I've set out my ruby slippers ... you know ... just in case.

  1. You have some great images on here and it is good to see someone take detailed care in processing and presenting their stuff in a no-nonsense way. Some of us do notice! (and thanx for linking me – much appreciated)

  2. Hi AG and thank you for leaving such a nice comment; it too, is very much appreciated. I’m often ’round at yours’ as I find your photo slices of London life both fascinating and evocative. Enjoy the rest of Easter :)
