This is Jill, the other one of the The Clayton Windmills, known locally as Jack and Jill (I posted a shot of Jack yesterday). Jill is a post mill, originally built in Dyke Road, Brighton, in 1821 and worked until c.1907.
Jill is is owned by Mid Sussex District Council and is open to the public on most Sundays between May and September, although she was open on the Saturday when I took this (presumably due to the good weather). You can see that two of her sails are missing; they were laying on the grass, being repainted.
